Niagara Button Tap Action Resetting

I have had no issues using the Niagara Button for swiping up to open apps. I always keep the same apps set for tap/swipe (Discover/Truist), but the Tap action resets roughly every 2 weeks. This has been happening for months, even maybe over a year. I feel this may be some issue with the Discover app and Niagara, but I haven't checked other apps.
