Niagara Settings button doesn't work

I long press the screen to bring up the Niagara Widget menu. At the bottom, there’s a button for Niagara Settings. I want to change my wallpaper so I push that button. It returns to the home screen and nothing else happens. This is a new problem; it didn’t happen when I first started using the Launcher a couple of weeks ago.

    OK, I figured out the problem. My home button is hidden at the bottom of the screen and that’s where the settings button is too, so I was hitting the home button without knowing it.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher. It didn’t help. I’ve tried restarting my phone. No dice.
