Niagara Settings button doesn't work

I long press the screen to bring up the Niagara Widget menu. At the bottom, there’s a button for Niagara Settings. I want to change my wallpaper so I push that button. It returns to the home screen and nothing else happens. This is a new problem; it didn’t happen when I first started using the Launcher a couple of weeks ago.
