Niagara Update Theme Switcher

When Applying The Second Theme (Lofi - Way Home) The Icons Automatically Apply, However The Wallpaper Doesn't Apply.

Tried Repeatedly, Cleared Cache, Rebooted Device, Reinstalled Niagara, However Issue Repeats.

This Is Only On The Second Theme, Other Themes Apply As Expected.
