No blur in recents

Issue Summary -

When using Niagara Launcher as the default launcher, the background blur effect in the Recents screen is missing.

However, the blur effect works correctly when using the system launcher.

Steps to Reproduce -

Set Niagara Launcher as default launcher

Open multiple apps

Enter Recents screen

Observe background

Expected Behavior -

Recents screen should display consistent background blur effect, regardless of launcher used.

Actual Behavior -

No blur effect in Recents when using Niagara Launcher

Blur works normally with system launcher

Additional Observations -

Issue appears specific to third-party launchers

Impact -

UI inconsistency

Reduced visual polish / UX quality
