Not letting you scroll beyond favourites

Yo fix screen time for a lot of people including me I think just not being able to go to the app is the best way. I personally even though I have limit setup through Niagara, I go in and turn it off when on insta watching reels. So not letting you scroll beyond the favourites makes it less likely for someone to even open a time wasting app
