When notification clearly is bigger that screen and you are top, so that not all notifications are visible.
Dismiss the tip notification only.
1 ) The top one gets dismissed correctly, but the notification list scrolls to bottom by itself
2 ) then Pulling down notification drawer to scroll, mostly closes it instead.
