Notification filter

I think it would be useful to have a notification filter that instead of summarizing notifications from certain apps within certain intervals, it completely blocks them from the status bar and only shows them listed in an interface of their own. This could allow users to block notifications from distracting apps at all times and only take a look at them during their free time for instance.
