Notification icon disappearing

Recent OnePlus released it's latest OS update and post updating it, I gave updates to all my installed apps in my phone so it could be compatible with updated OS. The moment Niagara took the update, whenever I am going in my recent apps and coming to home screen, the notification icons is disappearing. This is not limited to recent apps, even if we go to any application and come to home screen, the icons disappears.
