Description:
When an application has a large number of active notifications (e.g., 20+), dismissing a single notification by swiping causes the notification list to unexpectedly jump to the very bottom.
Expected behavior:
After dismissing a notification, the list should remain at the current scroll position so the user can continue reading or interacting with nearby notifications without losing context.
Actual behavior:
Instead of maintaining the current scroll position, the list instantly scrolls to the last notification in the list. This forces the user to manually scroll all the way back to the top to see the first notifications again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have an app generate a large number of notifications (e.g., messaging app with multiple unread messages).
2. Open the app notification list.
3. Swipe away one of the notifications near the top.
4. Observe that the list automatically scrolls to the bottom.
