Notification remains in homescreen background after being dismissed

When I swipe and dismiss a notification from the Niagara Launcher home screen, it dismisses the notification however the text of the notification is retained in the background of the homescreen and can't be tapped to remove.

Work around for now is to go to Niagara settings and change the app icon sizes for it to be cleared.
