Notification summary

Feature Request

Would be great if the notification summary can be permenantly available in notification menu where I can pull the menu and check when I want, not have to wait to 6 pm. Also please add the defauly black, theme, font, etc to themes so people can revert back to minimalistic theme (which is the most productive)

Always having the notification summary available makes the feature useless in my opinion
