Notification summary

The dismissal of notifications only half-works when swiping items. Often I need to swipe twice, as the first swipe stops when the notification is halfway of the screen. It needs a double swipe to clear a notification.

Also, the notification summary “jumps”/scrolls when I swipe a single notification moving the subheader and sometimes multiple notifications up and out of the screen. Very disorienting!
