Notification summary stops working

Notification summary stops working after a few cycles. When setting it up, the first batch arrives normally. But the second or third time it just stops working, and stops the summaries from arriving. The notifications are still silenced, just the summary doesnt get through. What is the weirdest part is that when this happens, it also stops showing in the app when the next batch will arrive, it just says that it is turned on but stops mentioning when, as it does when it is working correctly. attaching a screenshot of missing hour of the summary.
