notification summary tool works only with some apps

Bug Reports

The summary of notifications only works with some apps. Even though i activated that conversations get summarised top, Snapchat still sends notifications which dont get summarised. Google weather and Amazon Alexa seem to be Not included aswell, even though i did select them to be summarised

I'm having the same issue. My news app notifications are not showing up under the Summary. I went into the Summary settings and unchecked everything and then rechecked to ensure. One item returned but my news summary did not.
