Notifications cannot be dismissed from home screen or app popup

Sometimes notifications stop responding to swipe gestures in Niagara Launcher.

When this issue occurs, notifications cannot be dismissed from the home screen notification list. They also cannot be dismissed from the app popup accessed by swiping right on an app icon.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Receive a notification (most commonly observed with Instagram and WhatsApp)

• Open Niagara Launcher home screen.

• Try dismissing the notification by swiping left or right.

• Alternatively, open the app popup by swiping right on the app icon and try dismissing the notification there.
