notifications for apps not in popup folders

I love how notifications appear in popup folders but I dont see notifications other random apps that I dont have in folders or in my favs list. This forces me to use the OEM notification bar at the top, which ruins the immersiveness of the Niagara UI. Dedicate some portion of the screen to other random notifications.
