Notifications on shortcuts

Currently, notifications will only show up for the actual application itself, not it's shortcuts.

For example, you might want to have the shortcut to Instagram DMs in your favourites, instead of the regular app - but this would then result in no notifications showing for it.

The downside to this would be that having multiple shortcuts for the same app could show duplicate notifications, but I imagine it would either be possible to toggle this per shortcut, or only show them on the first occurrence for a given app.

[Related - If the pop-up for an application in favourites contains applications with notifications, these will not show in the notification preview for the top level app. This is inconsistent with the behaviour for pop-up folders, which is a bit confusing given the similar nomenclature]
