Notifications takeover

I really would like if the launcher also retooled the notifications. My notifications are a mess. I miss notifications, priority notifications dont work right, and having to go in the notifications setting in each app to change notifications suck. Plus it irritates me a little that my notifications, and control menu dont match the theme. Like something you could designate “priority notifications” and those would be persistent at the top of the screen. The ability to switch certain notifications alerts to my watch. Different notification sounds. Maybe one that say text message, or email.
