Open app when search suggestion is unique
Something I'm used to from OLauncher is to search for the name of an app, and if it's the only possible option available, for this app to open automatically. However, I don't see a way to have the same thing in Niagara Launcher.

Thanks for the suggestion! This one is already being tracked here: Auto-launch when only one search result is left, which asks for exactly what you describe.
Upvoting there is the best way to push it, since we work through requests roughly by upvotes, and you'll be notified when its status changes. The same idea also sits as a secondary wish in the bigger search bar: app auto open thread, so that one is worth a look too.
