Opening animation overlaps with opened pop up folder

1. Create a pop up folder in the favorites page

2. Open it up

The video shows the white ripple effect of selecting the pop up folder, briefly showing on top of the newly opened folder

Moreover, this animation shows a little bit on the left side of the pop up folder, which is super annoying.
