Option to always show home screen on unlock

It would be great to add a setting to ensure that the home screen is ALWAYS shown first when the device unlocks.

I often find myself getting trapped in the following loop, which this feature would prevent:

1. Think of something I need to do on my phone

2. Open phone and see an app that was previously open

3. Get distracted by whatever I was doing in that other app

4. Forget about why I opened my phone in the first place

Amazingly, there seems to be no system level seeing to always show the home screen (at least not on my pixel 8), so this simple option would be a great addition to Niagara. Moreover, it seems broadly consistent with Niagaras philosophy to make our phones less distracting.

It could be off by default (no change to current behavior) and located in advanced settings.
