option to be moved widgets bellow my favourite apps

Right now widgets can only be placed above my favourite apps, which in my case is right at the middle of my screen and blocks the subject of wallpaper

I did find somewhat of a workaround with the niagra button and pop up folders but that defeats the purpose of that quote always being present on the home screen
