Option to disable animation on swiping down to check notifications

Hi Team,

When I swipe down to check notifications it creates kind of a jiggle or pull down animation that makes me pull down twice or thrice or pull down longer to check my notifications. An option to disable that animation would be great or let me know if there is ready a way to do it
