Option to disable animation on swiping down to check notifications

Feature Request

Hi Team,

When I swipe down to check notifications it creates kind of a jiggle or pull down animation that makes me pull down twice or thrice or pull down longer to check my notifications. An option to disable that animation would be great or let me know if there is ready a way to do it

    Thanks for the suggestion! The part that costs you the most, having to pull down two or three times before the notifications open, is already being tracked here: Swipe down/up gesture sensitivity. That thread describes the same behavior from the gesture side, with a video of it.

    Upvoting and following it is the best way to push it, since we go through reports roughly by upvotes. Adding your note about the pull-down animation as a comment there would help, since it puts a second angle on the same problem.
