Phone app not working

After updating my Vivo phone to the new origin OS 6 the phone app isn't working but the contact app is working so if I want to dial a new number I have to go to my contact app and then go to the dial section I can't use the phone app it’s saying I have to install that app but that is app isn't available in any kind of downloader like Play Store or other thing.
