Pin important apps within app list (above most frequently used)

I order my app list via most used. However some apps are important that I only use once or twice a week but when I need them, I don’t want to sort through a changing list of apps say under ‘P’ which has 20 apps.

I would like Niagara to allow the user to ‘pin’ important apps so they are always at the top of the app list for that letter in the alphabet. For e.g. I use Pocketcasts every day and it’s at the top of the ‘P’ list of apps, however when I need to make a call with my ‘Phone’ it’s somewhere down the bottom.

Pinning an important app would be at the very top always, with the most frequently used apps under.
