pinned apps on search results

hi. i think option to pin apps onto the top search result, a free and or premium version would be a great addition for the user. it will simplify digging through results frequently. we do use the favorites and groups which work great and are really useful but as of now my favorite list is quite long, a few pages infact. im frequently reviewing, adding and or reviewing new and 9ld apps from favorites and into groups. i thin a lot of users would benefit from this feature. thank you.
