Please expose (x, y, xStep, yStep) with onOffsetsChange for dynamic wallpapers

I am working on a wallpaper that uses x and y position of the launcher to scroll the background.

Example onOffsetsChanged parameter values from Microsoft Launcher:

• x=0.9783983 y=0.5 xStep=1.0 yStep=1.0 xPx=0 yPx=0

Same logs from Niagara:

• x=0.5 y=0.5 xStep=-1.0 yStep=-1.0 xPx=0 yPx=0

Exposing y and yStep would provide opportunity for lots of cool vertical scrolling effects in the app list.
