Please solve the problem

SO BUGGY edit: I followed up with support as instructed and got no response. The main bug I experience is the home screen freezing after leaving an app, which doesn't resolve itself until I slowly turn the screen off and on again. I intend to continue using the app, but as a paid user, I'd really like it to work properly :( My review will be 5 stars if the freezing issues are fixed. Device: vivo v40
