Possibility to reorder Clock, Infos, Widget Stack, Media Player, Shortcuts

I am often running into the situation where the widget stack is obscuring the view on the wallpaper, because often the wallpaper’s focus point is roughly on that height.

That's why I would like the widget stack to be moveable to the bottom of the screen.

Now, I thought about this more and came up with the idea to generalize this and I think it would be a great idea to be able to reorder all of the different elements on the screen, so by default it would be like it is now, but you're able to put the widget stack on the bottom, or inverse the order, or put the music player at the very top.

This could be incorporated either on the widget edit screen (probably with a bit more work), or also in the favorite edit menu, at the very top (sort elements, sort widgets, sort shortcuts).

What do you think about it? Sadly I often can't really use specific wallpapers because the widgets are obscuring the focus point and I'm not really able to re-shift the whole element stack because of the amount of shortcuts I have.
