Private Space "add" icon leads to settings page

What happens:

• Enable Private Space in Settings

• Go to Niagara Launcher’s Private Space section

• Click on “add” button

• Redirected to settings page

What should happen:

In stock pixel launcher:

• Go to Private Space section

• Click on “add" button

• Shows option to add a file or install an app from Play Store
