Quick Access to Apps with Double tap in Favorites

Add a feature that allows users to quickly open an app by double taps its icon in the homescreen.

A user relies on their Password Manager and 2FA Authenticator throughout the day.

Current Behavior:

1. Swipe the password manager to expand the pop up.

2. Locate and tap the Authenticator.

Proposed Behavior:

If a user double-taps the password manager, the authenticator app launches immediately.
