Re-enable support for eastern indic numerals

The 1.15.3 update intentionally disabled support for eastern indic numerals in the large clock widget on top of the page. I'd love if this could be added back, as some of the clock faces, like the wide bubbly one, looked wonderful in the indic fonts.

As someone who uses the app in Arabic, the western numbers look clumsy next to the Arabic text. Here's an old picture from the previous version showing the bubbly clock in eastern numerals:
