Add A feature for screen time

User can enable a feature which changes the app name changes automatically every few time(i.e hour min or day) to reduce screen time In case of emergency or urgent need user can search app from it's original name to locate it (app icon should also be randomized)


And user can also start a dedicated time limit like 15min after usage of 15min the feature starts to change the app name automatically
