Remove "Set Niagra as default launcher"

Would it be possible to allow users to toggle off the message asking to se Niagra Launcher as the default launcher? I have a Samsung fold device and I love using the one-handed awesomeness on the cover display while using the One UI launcher on the main display to utilize the multi-tasking features of the Samsung interface but every time I go back to Niage, I am treated to: “… set Niagra as default launcher”.
