Return home page animation

The home launcher change automatically.i changed it to Niagara but sometimes it returns to phone home launcher.then suddenly it again niagra. The launcher not stable. Sometime it goes normal and I had to change the default home launcher as niagra. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
