Same theme colour for using two Anycons pack

I love the recent update however I noticed that I cant use the same colour for Icons when using two different packs, (one switched to default colours).

I love the new Chroma Outline and how I can have apps all the same colour, however I'd like to also use Niagara dots in the regular app list and the Chroma Outline in Favourites but at the moment I can only use one in the theme colour and not the other.

I would love to keep the same colour theme but use two two packs at once.
