Samsung Reminder widget cannot be scrolled in Niagara

The Samsung/Android Reminder widget can no longer be scrolled in Niagara Launcher.

The issue occurs:
- When the widget is placed directly on the home screen
- When the widget is used inside a widget stack

The user reports that scrolling worked previously and appears to have stopped working recently.

Testing results:
- Samsung Launcher: scrolling works
- Nova Launcher: scrolling works
- Niagara Launcher: scrolling does not work
