Scrolling App list toggle and options

Ability to turn off the app list and add an option under the search option once you swipe and open the bar, have a button on the left to access all apps.

Ability to move the app list to either side of the screen or both how it currently functions.

I currently have a volume bar on the left of the screen to swipe control the volume and this interferes with the swipe feature.
