Secure folder (private space) apps notifications are summarized when it should not

Some chat apps’ notifications are summarized under Notification Summary feature even the app is a chat app. One of these is Scruff (com.appspot.scruffapp).

When apps installed in the private space, these can't be selected from the Notification Summary app list on launcher settings.
