Separate widget "Fill Screen" settings for 1 vs 2 column modes

When using a foldable where on the cover screen just one widget is shown at the top of the favorites list, but expands to two on the inside screen, it would be nice if I could have the “Fill Screen” option for the widgets only apply on the outer screen/where only one widget is visible.

I find that when “Fill Screen” is on on the inner screen there is much more overlap between the widgets and the area that pulls up the alphabet
