Setting multiple Icon Packs with priorities

Being able to select multiple Icon Packs allowing missing icons from a Primary pack to be automatically replaced by an available icon in another pack.

Here is a real world example on how this would help me:

I have used Whicons for over a decade. The developer stopped supporting it years ago so having a backup pack with a similar style, to step in for missing apps would greatly improve consistency in a controlled manner.
