Shortcuts to split views of multiple apps do not open

When a shortcut to a split view is saved, opening it states “shortcut is not available"

Reproduction:

• Open two apps in split view

• Save the view as an app group. This creates a shortcut on the home screen

• Attempt to open the shortcut

Expected:

• The apps will both open in a split screen view

Actual

• A dialog pops up stating “shortcut is not available"

Details

• The shortcut is for the "Multi Windows" system app. This is a OnePlus package named com.oplus.pscanvas, the only activity I see is com.oplus.pscanvas/com.oplus.pscanvas.canvasmode.canvas.ContainerActivity, and I don't know how to inspect a shortcut to see what extra data it may contain. I'm happy to do more troubleshooting that could help
