Sorting within a folder.

I am a noob but when you have a bunch of apps within a folder, manually sorting them is a pain. I can't seem to be able to scroll past the first screen of apps without it exiting the folder to the alphabetic list, when I'm trying to move the last entry higher in the list.

Besides manual sorting, I would like the ability to sort alphabetically or by usage within a folder.
