Split notification and quick settings gesture

When we scroll down in home screen left side for notification bar, right side for quick settings.

As many of contemporary Android UI and launchers like MIUI , Realme UI give this feature.

It feel like distrubing when we moved to Niagara launcher which isn't supporting this feature. And it is very hard to swipe down from very upper side for quick settings.
