Suggested apps based on location

A lot of people use specific apps at different locations, which gives the possibility for automatization.

• At the Gym: They open their workout tracker, music/podcast app, and a timer.

• At the Grocery Store: They use a shopping list app, a calculator, and a loyalty card app.

• At Work: They access Slack, their calendar, and email clients.
  

It should be possible to enable certain kinds of apps to be suggested based on the current location of the user. As far as I know this can be done entirely on device which would make it privacy friendly.
