Suggestion of frequently used apps not working

I have one pinned favourite. I was under the impression that Niagara would eventually populate 8 apps in total. However, I only see four in total, after one suggested app has vanished for whatever reason. There are apps that I use like 5 or more times daily that don’t show up at all. Niagara does have usage access granted.
