You can currently access this information as long as you have weather enabled. Try tapping Niagara's at-a-glance widget (the one showing the current date, weather and calendar event) and scrolling to the side on the detailed weather component. It shows future sunrise and sunset with times.
Is this enough or do you want them on the home screen directly? In those cases adding a widget of an app made specifically for that might be the better option and a possible workaround.

Yes, and I have the weather enabled and use the sunrise sunset times.
However I wouldjlike to have that displayed and calendar widget I use at the same time to compare times directly. I keep the time and weather font size at the smallest so it would fit on one line without cluttering the screen in my opinion. Definitely a toggle able option but one I'd still love to see on the same line as the weather forcast.

While it is possible to add widgets they often look out of place since Niagara looks so polished. That's why it is much better to have native support for these things. I do understand and respect your wish to keep Niagara minimalistic though.
