Swap main swipe gestures

I would like to be able to swap the main swipe gestures, that is, swipe DOWN to start searching and swipe UP for notifications area. If you think about it it makes much more sense - you swipe down to search and your thumb naturally ends up where the keyboard is. On the other hand, swiping up bring up the notifications panel and your finger is naturally up there ready to go :)
