Swipe down to see control panel

Right now, swipe down opens notification panel. But in Niagara, there's much less need for access to a notification shade compared to other launchers, since most notifations can be dealt with in the home screen.

I feel a more useful shortcut would be to swipe down to see the control panel (on phones where the control panel/notifications is separate of course) instead of the notification shade, since this gives access to a whole bunch of settings Niagara can't access.
