Um dos temas prontos do Niagara (nas configurações do Niagara, em Temas), um tema da comunidade aberto como arquivo .nlt, ou um tema do próprio celular nas configurações da Motorola? E o que acontece quando você toca para aplicar: aparece alguma mensagem, ou simplesmente nada muda? Um print ou uma gravação de tela aqui no post ajuda muito.

Você marcou que o problema também acontece no Smart Launcher, por isso essa resposta ajuda a descobrir se a causa está no Niagara ou no sistema.

One of Niagara's ready-made themes (in Niagara's settings, under Themes), a community theme opened as a .nlt file, or one of the phone's own themes in Motorola's settings? And what happens when you tap to apply it: does a message appear, or does nothing change at all? A screenshot or a short screen recording here in the post helps a lot.
